WORTH IT$40
I am positing this to show the area where I usually bruise, (the arrows are pointed to the part in the pics at the beginning of my review). It has been almost a week since I finished the bottle. I haven’t had any adverse or negative reactions from taking the supplements and I’ve been done taking them.
Thank you for reading. :)

Update- 4 days after finishing
I finished taking the two supplements a day. I would love to take these before I get filler; however, the directions are to take the supplements/vitamins after having a procedure. I like how my skin at the injection sites did not bruise as much as I usually do. I think it’s worth a try! I will have to do some research and ask my doctor.

You can start taking the supplements before your procedure . General advice is to check with your provider , however many do start the day before

I like the results! Worth it!
I took one Arnica-Bromelain Complex supplement twice daily and I just took the last one today. I took a photo of the vitamin in case anyone wanted to see an image of it.
I figured the red marks on my face were going to be bruises I’d need to cover up during this last week. I used ice on my face more than I would after having any injections and the directions say to do so. As I mentioned before I don’t always ice for long after I have Botox. I put an arrow on the injection sites where I thought I’d bruise (from past experience).
I am going to wait a day but my skin didn’t bruise and it did recover a lot faster than before! I would buy this product and I am eager to try the cream next time. I must admit I was a little nervous taking an oral supplement but I asked my primary care doctor and dermatologist and I got the okay. I’m glad I gave it a try! It’s worth it.
