I went late July 2022 for Botox and by mid-September it was completely gone

Went here for Botox a couple times. He always says he doesn’t feel comfortable lifting the eyebrow which is his right and the entire staff is very polite. My issue is one being the eyebrow thing but I went late July 2022 for Botox and by mid-September it was completely gone. I had to complain once prior and wasn’t treated the greatest, to be polite. I went back because of how welcoming the staff and Dr usually are and I never had issues in the past with the length of time Botox held up. In comparison to other providers, this was least problematic. Honestly I’m kind of surprised by this and saddened I now feel I can’t trust any providers in the area. I want to be clear and fair and say I never get 50 units. I don’t need 50, but I need 20-30 (considering I can only get two areas) and that is what I pay for. The reason I didn’t use others in the area again is because of this issue. It’s almost like saline was used or really watered down Botox.
