The botox was rushed and my eyebrows are mismatched

Not a Fan of Dr. Chan
I did not have a favorable experience with Dr. Chan. I went in asking for upper and lower blepharoplasty, chin lipo, and maybe some fillers to celebrate an upcoming birthday. I met with Dr. Chan for all of 7 minutes. In that short time I was told I needed a lower face lift, that I'm not a candidate for lipo due to my aging skin, and that there's nothing that can be done about my lower eyes except perhaps some fillers. I found him arrogant and dismissive, I think he rests on his laurels and as such, is quite smug. After my brief encounter with Dr. Chan, his assistant Yvonne started the wheel and deal process, writing up the cost, then dashing out of the office multiple times to "consult" with Dr. Chan to see if he would agree to lower the cost a bit (I didn't prompt this routine). The process seemed the equivalent of buying a car, the whole "let me go talk to my manager" nonsense. She gives me the bottom line, then asks me if I would like Dr. Chan to administer botox. Sure, I said - why not, I'm already there, already spent $100 on the consult, may as well get something out of this. I don't know if it was because I mentioned that traffic was going to be rough heading home, but the botox was rushed, and after dropping $850, my eyebrows were mismatched terribly. I had to go to a elsewhere to have it corrected, adding to the already large bill. I've done botox for 15 years, and never had an outcome like this --$850 plus the cost to fix it...ridiculous. I'm extremely disappointed with Dr. Chan. I was hoping to develop a rapport with not only him, but his team as I know I will have a few elective surgical procedures in the next couple years, But, c'est la vie, he doesn't need my cash. Look, I deal with Medical Practitioners of all sorts everyday in my occupation. I'm used to their idiosyncrasies, quirks, arrogance and God complexes, we all have issues after all; but this encounter took it all to a whole new level. I've had four cosmetic surgeries, all with top-rated, respected surgeons with excellent credentials, but in spite of his reputation, reviews and Stanford education, Dr. Chan will not be added to my experience. I hope you have a different experience than I've had.
