I Had No Results After 2 Treatments

I went here for Botox (glabella, forehead, and crow’s feet), and my main concern was my “11s” between my brows. After the first treatment and even after going back for a follow-up, I honestly saw almost no difference in that area.
I will say the staff and doctor were very nice, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. But the outcome just wasn’t what I expected. I reached out to them about it and asked if they could do a partial refund just for the glabella area so I could get it corrected somewhere else. I felt like that was pretty reasonable since that was my main concern and it didn’t improve even after two rounds, but they told me they couldn’t refund anything because the product had already been used.
After that, they stopped communicating with me, which was disappointing because I was really hoping to find a fair resolution.
I understand that everyone can respond differently to Botox, but I’ve had it before and have always seen at least some improvement, even if it wasn’t perfect the first time. This just felt off.
Overall I’m just disappointed, mostly because I tried to handle it directly with them and was hoping for a more understanding, outcome-focused response.
