They knew exactly how to calm my nerves & I love my Botox results

Let me start by saying I am the world’s worst patient. I am terrible with doctors of any kind and especially scared of needles. I’ve had botox before at a different location and the experience was not pleasant.
I went to Marotta MedSpa last week for the first time for botox. The office is comfortable and inviting but even more importantly, Jenn (my nurse) and Laura (the medical assistant) went above and beyond. They were professional, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to calm my nerves. I left in disbelief at how well the entire experience was and love my results. I will not be going anywhere else for my future treatments. The staff made my experience so pleasant, I couldn’t have asked for any better.
