I've had the surgery and tried medications before and neither have helped my under arm sweating. I got Botox - 100 units in each arm. It was 2/10 pain - just felt like mini pokes. No sweating now! I can finally wear t-shirts and normal clothes. I haven't had sweating anywhere else.
