2 weeks after injection. I’ve been very satisfied with the results so far, and I think I’m firmly in the “worth it” camp. The experience has made me a lot more comfortable with the idea of injecting some filler, and I’m overall happier with my smile.

1 week out from injections today. I continue to have more movement in my upper lip than I did for the first few days post-treatment. An unexpected but pleasant side effect of the Botox was that the treated areas hurt less during electrolysis today.

hi, i'm looking to do this. do you know how many units they used? and how often you'll have to get it done?
Hi! I think it’s only 2 or so units, but most places charge a flat fee rather than a per-unit fee for the lip flip, since it’s considered an advanced technique (there are a lot of veins near the mouth they need to be careful of). I hear it varies from person to person, but they said to expect it to last 3-4 months on average.

Suddenly had a lot more ability to control my upper lip again today; still can’t swish mouthwash around, for example, but I can comfortably move my lips around when applying lipstick, which I couldn’t do for the first three days.
