Botox - left side of my forehead untouched and eyebrows uneven

Terrible experience getting Botox from Deb. I had a horrible result, whole left side of my forehead untouched and eyebrows uneven. Sent pics to the office manager, Denise. She said Deb would call me back. 4 days went by, no call. I emailed the office manager again, and said - “how is this getting resolved b/c Deb never returns phone calls? I’d like to have this fixed or be partially compensated so I can go to someone else and have it fixed” - Deb finally called - left voicemail and said to make an appointment with her. BUT - when I called to make the appointment - she’s out of the office for a month. Finally come into see her - she’s argumentative, yelling at me, accusing me of threatening her staff (complete lie). I asked if the calls were recorded so we can hear the truth but there was some excuse there as well. Deb proceeds to be defensive saying the result is fine, normal result, when she completely missed the whole left side of my forehead and my eyebrows are uneven. This not the first time I’ve had Botox, but it is the first time with a horrible result. She starts lying in front of the office manager saying she touched up both eyebrows, even though she only did one as I reminded her. She also tells me to leave a review with my full name b/c no one will do my Botox within a 50 mile radius if I do (threatening me). Then she says she can touch-up my Botox now and I can leave and never come back (her exact words). Yeah I want a crazy, yelling, woman to inject my face. Ended up leaving and will never go back. Also have had 2 friends with the same experience.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here and especially don’t see unprofessional Deb.
I am positive Danyo will try and come back to deny these claims but this is EXACTLY what happened.
