Find another doctor

This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. I filled out paperwork in one office, then was asked to leave the office go outside and going to another office where the doctor met me. Was so ironic I felt like I was doing something wrong. And the results of from my Botox were the worst I've ever received and bruised more than ever.
