Didn’t Live Up to the Hype

I wanted to love this aesthetic office, but found the staff and office to be unprofessional. Often times there was no one at the desk when I arrived. Once, I even sat in the waiting room 20min past my appointment time, with not a human to be found, just to find out that my injector was not even working that day and my appointment must have been scheduled by mistake?? The office did try to accommodate me, but the injector was extremely rushed and I felt very unwelcome. I guess I just have higher customer service expectations from a company that your paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a service.
