Wasted consultation for dermal fillers & Botox - told I'd need to reschedule

I made a consult for dermal fillers and Botox. Clearly states on my paperwork for the consultation . I drove one hour only to have a nurse practitioner (although very nice) not have any information on fillers the different types or anything. She told me she could only do Botox.. and I would need to reschedule an appointment to discuss fillers. So I wouldn’t recommend them based on the no consultation.. that I was charged for
