They talked me into way more botox than I needed

I used to strongly recommend Belladerm and now I obviously am actively trying to make sure people don’t get botched and waste their time and money like I did.

I started going to Belladerm in 2019 and this place has completely fallen off. The entire staff has become rude and incompetent. The girl I used to go to for laser and botox was phenomenal but left. ?

They talk you into WAY more botox than you need. I’ve walked out TWICE with completely crooked eyebrows. When I asked for a retouch they couldn’t have been more distasteful.

I did laser hair removal and got to the maintenance phase when they switched their equipment to something that is totally useless so they can extract more time and money out of you. My hair started growing back fully when I was already hair free for an extended amount of time and just needed a maintenance session every once and awhile.

In the 4 years I was a client they were never on time for an appointment (they used to be worth the wait).
