Office review: didn't seem like she really wanted to help me
ORIGINAL POST
Don't Believe the (Local Only)Hype
I visited an esthetician at the clinic in Spokane. It wasn't what they hyped it up to be. Construction going on, three different buildings, difficult parking and because of this mess I went to the wrong building first, had to ASK them to call the esthetician because they failed to offer to do it when they saw that I was lost. ( I know this from experience, that most places would have automatically done this to ensure smooth appointment transition).
The esthetician, who was superficially pleasant, didn't give me the attention that her male counterparts usually do and it didn't seem like she really wanted to help me in any way.
This was all proven to be true when I was finally ready to sign the contract pay the fee and get my Botox. She attempted to force me to take pictures for her database, and refused services when I declined.
She was evasive and not straightforward about her reasoning and this obliterated any level of trust I might have had walking in.
I drove for 2 hours using an expensive tank of gas, that I could have been using to take my only child to their Crohn's disease appointments and this woman turned me away, even though I had my American Express in one hand and cash in the other!
I will be sure to explain the situation to any future estheticians and Physicians I meet, prior to my next appointment so that I can be sure they know I will not entertain such petty and intrusive requests, and take my hot self elsewhere!
