Botox for Chin Dimples/worse After

Unfortunately I am not happy with my results from botox. Staff is friendly but not well organized. My info was put in wrong twice causing me to not have any forms filled our prior to appointment. I had asked for a reschedule and add time with doctor for botox along with lip filler. The doctor was very short and was not friendly. I felt as though she was in a hurry and when I had told her I wanted to do botox she was not aware. I assume because the time was not added to my appointment. I had explained I wanted botox for my chin dimples when I smile. I recieved 9 units to chin. About 6 days I returned for an early follow up because my smile was crooked, my speech was slurred, my bottom lip felt frozen or stuck and the dimples were worse. She said the dimples would go away in a couple days and to use hot compress twice a day and to use their sauna for a couple days before the two week mark, as that would help. At this point the botox has already clearly kicked in. I went back at two weeks and told there was nothing to be done and would have to wait it out. Now I have horrible dimples when I smile or show expression on my face. She stated that in a couple weeks it will wear off. I honestly can't believe that when was told the worsening dimples would go away when I went in at day 6. I don't know why these results happened and not much care or if a botox correction could be made. I would not recommend this company to anyone going through this experience, 3 weeks later I am regretting this decision. I hate my smile now and am insecure as I do not look natural or look like my normal self.

I recieved 9 units of botox to my chin area. 5 days later the botox hit. Now 12 days post my chin dimples are worse and I have slurred speech. I hate the results. I don't know if she misplaced or over used. I got a second opinion where another doctor injected me with dissolver for filler injections. It helped with releasing my frozen bottom lip and the tightness however I am still stuck with these horrible dimples when I smile and continued to have a lisp when I speak. Any suggestions or recommendations I would appreciated. I am very hesitant to have first doctor inject me again for correction at 14 days. I put before and after photos..
