Treated the problem areas with botox with excellent results

I have been seeing Dr Dutta for some time for Botox injections to prevent migraines. He takes the time to listen and understand my precise symptoms and has tailored the treatment as a result. Last year I fell and hit my head and was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome. I have ongoing pain in my neck muscles and at the base of my skull.
