Horrible bruising after Botox for dark circles under my eyes

After finally getting up the nerve to rid myself of the hollowness and dark circles under my eyes, the facial plaster surgeon I went to for Botox assured me and said he did them all the time. 1st eye was fine , second one in no time the Doctor said he couldn’t continue because of the bruising. Bruising it did! He offered laser treatment the next day- didn’t help . What can I do? Terrible The picture is 5 days after
