28 Years Old, Want Filler for Dark Circles. Tacoma, WA

I have always had dark circles, but the majority of it is from tear trough deformity. So when certain lights hit my face wrong, I look very tired. My injections took 1 week to heal. I felt that I could have used a little more product. I had 1 full syringe injected into each eye. It is now April 2015 and I returned for a little more... still waiting to see the final results of my 2nd round of injections.

It has been over 3 months since getting a black eye. Will a laser get rid of the residual black eye? It seems to be permanent. If so, what type of laser and at what setting? Or is this only fixable with surgery?

I do not burn easily. I get dark when I tan.
