Permanent black eye after hematoma eye injury?

It has been over 3 months since getting a black eye. Will a laser get rid of the residual black eye? It seems to be permanent. If so, what type of laser and at what setting? Or is this only fixable with surgery?

I have always had dark circles, but the majority...
I have always had dark circles, but the majority of it is from tear trough deformity. So when certain lights hit my face wrong, I look very tired.
My injections took 1 week to heal. I felt that I could have used a little more product. I had 1 full syringe injected into each eye.
It is now April 2015 and I returned for a little more... still waiting to see the final results of my 2nd round of injections.

What doctor did you go to in Tacoma,because I'm looking for the same procedure to be done? Your eyes look so great!

Let us know how the second appointment goes... I also had 1 syringe per eye area but after a few days the swelling went away and it kind of looks the same as before treatment. I was thinking I should get more.
