Terrible Experience, Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Billing
recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at premier skin clinic and I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others.this began with the incompetent help who can’t do basic math at a first grade level. From the moment I stepped foot into their establishment, I encountered a series of issues that left me feeling dissatisfied and taken advantage of. Not to mention feeling discriminated as a gay male from my perspective.
First and foremost, the most significant problem I encountered was with their billing process. Not only did they bill me incorrectly, but they even undercharged me initially. As a result, when they realized their mistake, they had the audacity to reach out and demand more money from me. It's completely unacceptable for a business to mishandle their billing in such a careless and unprofessional manner. It left me questioning their competence and integrity.
To make matters worse, the staff members even had the audacity to ask for tips. It is beyond inappropriate for a MEDICAL procedure to be “tipped”. (An exorbitant costly one at that). I come from a legacy of medical practitioners ranging from advanced practice nurses to doctors and psychologists, and as a masters level student I know this contrasts code of ethics.
The nurse injector did a good job and I was satisfied with my results overall, but the businesses (and I use that term lightly) lack of understanding of basic customer service principles, ineptitude of basic math “ 700 + 700 is 1500” (according to the help) was disheartening. Overall, my experience was absolutely dreadful. Their incorrect billing, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone considering Premier to think twice and explore other options in the area. Prices are on the high end, customer service is low. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others and prompts the management to improve their customer service and hire more intelligent and kind, welcoming help.
