Beware - constant tension in masseter muscle that doesn't go away

I’ve been a client of this clinic for the past 2 years at least. Spent thousands of dollars on treatments from skin boosters to skin laser; as this is not a cheap clinic but I always believe in investing in urself and quality. However my last treatment turned me off completely from this place. I had my second round of Botox on my forehead & I wanted to try some Botox on my neck for the first time to help with my neck band lines. Nurse Naz suggested I also get some injections in my platysma muscle to help tighten my jawline & give me that “snatched look” I wanted to achieve. I had no idea I would regret it so much months later. A couple days passed & I started getting very uncomfortable pain & tightness in my jaw. I could barely open my mouth or tilt my head back to drink from a cup. I also couldn’t go to my yoga classes because I could not hold the poses. Never having experienced this I was panicking & decided to call the clinic. Them being closed certain week days I had to wait a couple days to get a response. During the meantime I started googling what could be wrong. Of course nurses say don’t google, but since I wasn’t given any aftercare or told what i could expect from my treatment in the coming days I did resort to google. Once I heard back from the nurse she had mentioned to me that my muscles are not used to being used so they will ache for a few days. This has been close to a week already at the time; however nurse Naz mentioned it will go away eventually. It’s been OVER a MONTH now, and it has NOT gone away, I have constant tension in my massateur muscle that does not go away. I feel it all day & night. It’s the worst feeling of aching & tension. It’s affected my mood since I’m constantly feeling tense & the only thing that helps is when I massage my face or go to a facialst for a massage. I now have to go to a professional facialist that specializes in facial massage weekly & that costs a lot of money. Who knows for how long, until the Botox wears off which is months. I would expect that I heard back from the clinic by phone call or at least an email to check on me since I had a bad experience with the Botox but no nothing. They don’t care about their clients only how much $$ they squeeze out of you. I’m left feeling paralyzed and locked in entire jaw. It’s a shame because I was planning on more treatments but I will take my business elsewhere, where the nurses provide information not just inject you & send you off.
