Botox Altered my Smile, Caused my Cheeks to Drop and Created Horizontal Ridges Under my Eyes

I'm 34. I've gotten botox several times over the past 3 years. Typically I get my forehead, glabella area and crows feet injected.
In June, my regular injector was all booked up for the month and so, impatiently approaching a vacation, I tried an injector at a local medspa (who came highly reviewed on yelp). I told her I wanted all of the above AND since I'd heard that the DAO muscle could help lift the corners of my mouth, I requested that as well. She did 50 units total.
About a week and a half later, I was on vacation with my friend. He said "smile" for a picture - followed by "stop making that face". I thought I was smiling.. When I saw the pictures, it looked like I was disgusted. This is when I knew something was wrong.
The injection took place July 23, today is August 6th and I can tell you I have barely left my house since returning from that vacation. I am so embarrassed. My smile is shortened, and doesn't turn up like it used to.
My cheeks have dropped and my face no longer has a heart shape (looks heavier on the bottom of my face) and cheeks no longer appear to go up and out. There are also these indentations on my cheeks that weren't there before. I've also developed horizontal bag-like ridges under my eyes that look bizarre.
PLEASE someone tell me what likely happened. And most importantly, will my cheeks and smile go back to normal? I am worried about muscle atrophy in my cheeks (and have spent at least $3000 in filler finally getting them lifted to where I wanted). Now this.
Here are pictures, showing before and afters of my profile taken one month before the botox injections (in May) and the 6 weeks after injections (august). The notable differences are in my cheek contour, my smile and under eye "ledges".
At this point, I absolutely hate my face and avoid looking in the mirror. I cringe at the thought of ever getting botox again.
Please help.
