Botched Septorhinoplasty

I've had a copy of the formal consent, thanks to another patient. It appears that he should explain all the possible risks and complications in details before going into the procedure.
He never bothered to explain any.

ORIGINAL POST

Botched Septorhinoplasty

Hello there,
On late 2018, I have scheduled a appointment to meet the doctor Bashar Bizrah, and my life has changed to worse since then.
I'm just a geek who doesn't know anything about plastic surgeries, suddenly, I have been stupid, naive and an easy target by his clinic and staff.
My goal:
1- Fix deviated septum
2- Have some cosmetic touches, but not screwing up the identify of the nose.
Before operation:
1- No consultation until payment, which means you're obliged to pay the cancellation fee.
2- Based on the document you're going to sign, he has the right to file a counter lawsuit, if you're ever tried to sue him, so he will feel free to botch you up.
4- Difficult to reach out, I find out later its due to being infamous by several botched surgeries reviews in Arabic on the internet.
4- Little and avoiding communication, failed to explain risk, complications, only focused to make me cosmetically accurate, rhinoplasty only explained only by handout papers, to clear responsibility.
5- Had full trust to provide me what I need, I was basically blindfolded.
6- No 3D image concepts.
Operation:
1- Unsatisfying result, destroyed my personal identify by decreasing my bulbous nose.
2- Added an artificial implant, which I agreed upon, but never explained any caused risk from it, revision rhinoplasty may be required to remove it to prevent risk and scar tissue.
4- Made hair transplant the second day after Septorhinoplasty, which could potentially posed me at a very high risk.
After operation:
1- The Only follow ups is to remove the splint from nose.
2- No follow-up calls, only one call about another offer.
Result:
1- identity disorder, and severe depression because of nose transformation, and artificial implant
2- Little pain on nose, late little bleeding, red lump inside nose, pimple on nostril
3- Potential cutted-out cartilages (which I hope not) from the sides of the tip. This means I might need to harvest cartilages to bring back my old nose.
4- I have to wait 11 months so I can get a revision rhinoplasty, image the pain on just only the first months.
Impact:
1- Do you're homework very very very carefully before doing rhinoplasty.
2- Study you're nose carefully, you might not need a nose job.
3- Do not choose any surgeon or clinic, read reviews, read the worst ones.
4- Bother them with all the questions, return home, and decide if you really want to do it.
5- Remember! Its your nose, which will be seen on everyday basis, any screwing up will destroy your life probably forever.
6- projected overall cost, along with the upcoming revision rhinoplasty 30,000 US dollars. (Travel, housing, transportation, living, consultation, surgery, follow-up, and medication)
7- Remember Vishal Thakkar and his nose job results.

Sorry for the results.. I really feel you .. hope you find peace some day
I just don't understand why it's ok for surgeons to botch patients. And the crazy thing is they keep every single penny like they've done no wrong. Such greed!
I was trusting dr Bizrah with my nose job as well..Now I am skeptical too since risks and 3D imaging has not been done for me too
