Revision update !!
From the moment I woke up from my surgery with seigel I knew something was wrong. This past year has been such a nightmare and I think it’s finally over. Dr. Sanaz Harirchain saved my nose. Her attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I wanted to cry when I saw the bulky and lumpy grafts she took out of me. And when I saw my *swollen* after photos. My biggest insecurity, my 3/4 turn, is actually CUTE ! I wasn’t expecting perfection but I think she’s gotten pretty close to it.

REVISION UPDATE !!!!
I’m three days post op with my NEWEST REVISION and HOLY SMOKES am I happy already !!! Guys, the sheer SIZE of the grafts my new surgeon took out and the LUMPYNESS floors me. And angers me. When I woke up I could breathe better than I have in a YEAR , and my nose is immediately smaller and more symmetrical while I’m at my most swollen.

Sooo happy for you! It looks amazing, girl!
I did rhinoplasty with dr.Siegel in 2015 and I've been very unhappy with my results. I'm happy for you and your great results. Now I need to get enough courage to do my revision.

Surgery in one month !
Looking at my botched photos every day is giving me more and more motivation for this surgery. I can’t believe that doctor Siegel has gotten away with making my nose look like this. The new doctor thinks after her I will see a pretty soon improvement (I think anything would be an improvement from this)

I am also waiting for my one year mark to remove all the unnecessary grafts that was placed in my nose. Did you doctor remove eveything or was it just trimmed down?
