Feeling like I had been hit in the shin by a golf club

This is what a cost of over $21,000 has gotten me. I will not reference the surgeons name on here but I found him here & he was very highly rated. He was more expensive than anyone else in the region, so I figured that I’d get what I paid for, which is not at all the case. My left leg required two surgeries because the initial implants were way too big. My right leg has undergone 4 surgeries & I still have a calf implant near my shin (front of the leg) due to him damaging the pocket on my 3rd surgery. The 4th was suppose to fix that issue but nothing was actually done. I’m really looking for help here. Whether it’s a reasonable cost to remove only or to remove & fix. I have documentation of everything asked for, and dialog with the doctors assistant claiming they had no idea how I woke up from y 3rd surgery feeling like I had been hit in the shin by a golf club. I’m hoping there’s a reputable surgeon out there that’s willing to help me.
