Picosure is working great!
WORTH IT$250
Hi all! Wow! Huge difference with the Picosure. The process was a little more intense than the R20. By that I mean it was just faster. I am showing pix about 2-3 weeks after pico treatment. The first week I had some blistering that was a little sore, but I cared for it really well! Kept it clean, bandaged, tons of aquafor. I'm SO excited about results. See my pix and look at where I started. If they had the picosure when I started I never would have done R20. I feel like I have probably 2 treatments left - I'm thrilled! Message me w questions.

Now onto the PicoSure
Hello- So I saw awesome results with the R20. This photo is about 5 weeks after my treatment. So after 10 weeks I went back but decided to try the PicoSure. (BTW Tataway is giving away a free full Picosure tattoo removal on their FB page). That was last week and I'd say the treatment was very similar, but I did blister up pretty quickly (faster that with R20). It's a little sore, not too bad. I'll keep you posted on my PicoSure progress.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi everyone! I have a 15 y/o lower back tattoo...
Hi everyone! I have a 15 y/o lower back tattoo that is not huge, but difficult colors. It's black, green, purple and yellow. I loved it for about 6 months and for the past 14.5 years I have been wearing long shirts and big bathing suits because I hate it so much! I made the decision to have it removed this winter and I have been doing a ton of research on methods and companies to remove it. After evaluating all of the Boston tattoo removal studios I decided to go to Tataway in Boston. I had some questions in advance and the owner (Carmen) responded to me right away. I was happy with that and the experience got better. The studio was so clean and the staff was wonderful. It was professional and I was totally comfortable there. Carmen and I sat for a bit and talked about my history and we set up a plan for removal. I was really pleased with her professionalism, pricing and she has the best technology around. I'm not sure why anyone would use any of the old methods when you can have it done in much less time for a little bit more $ with better lasers. Anyway, Carmen was awesome. She is also a medical esthetician, which is really important. You want someone who has comprehensive experience and understands skin well. Here is the procedure. My tattoo is 3 inches long and 1 inch tall. She did 3 passes with the R20. Each took no longer than 20 seconds. Let's start by saying I have the lowest threshold for pain ever.... and I was fine. The first pass stung a little - not too much different from getting a tattoo, the second wasn't bad and the third I did not feel at all. So, don't be scared to have it done! I had it done today and I feel fine. I am thrilled with Tataway and I am going back in 10 weeks for my next session. I will document my progress with photos on here. I am already so excited to have this gone! I wish I had done this 10 years ago.

Wow, after 14.5 years its finally your time!! That is exciting!! What expectations were set for the amount of removal that could be achieved? Is the entire tattoo expected to completely vanish, or will it be significantly faded when you are done?
Hi Megan, Thanks for your note. I'm expecting for all of it to be gone. The only exception is there are too yellow features in the tattoo that may not go away, but that's fine with me since it's practically invisible. I am seeing fading already, but I plan on updating my photos on here every two weeks, so those will be here soon!
I'll also be seeing Carmen starting next month. Unfortunately, I have my entire arm outlined so the process will be a long one. But I'm happy to have found Carmen and I'm hopeful for what's to come.
Best of luck to you.
Thanks courtw13. You'll like it there- really a place filled with caring, professional people who are great at what they do! Keep us posted w pix! Good luck to you as well!
