Update is slowly but surely!! Current weight 210 lbs

Hi All!! I am here to update all on what is going on... Let's see... Went to a nutrition group class on Feb. 9th and everyone in the class was complaining that they either could not eat anything or were behind in the 60 ounces per day of fluids they want you to drink or some woe is me story or another (myself included) but.... everyone was down at least 20+ lbs since their surgeries so hey...?? It is definitely a new world for us sleevers, adjusting to the food changes is wild. Some days like today, I am just not hungry and have to force in some sort of meals but days like the weekend past and Superbowl Sunday, I wanted to eat, eat, eat but could only take the required bites... sighs... but was satisfied that I could adapt in the everyday world with other party goers and still enjoy myself without obsessing over the fact that I couldn't knock back 6 hot wings and a few slices of pizza and booze!! I had Crystal light, a piece of chicken, some sautéed spinach and my Premier protein shake was what my Superbowl Sunday meal consisted of. I am very happy to not have the desires or abilities to over indulge. This sleeve business really works! It has been snowing like crazy so I need to get in the exercise so I don't get couch lazy. I feel really good and it only being a month or so since my surgery I can see good, good things happening with my weight loss journey as long as I remain committed. I am trying to only weigh myself every Monday morning and that is going ok. Last Monday Feb 1st, I weighed in at 212 and this Monday Feb 8th I weighed in at 210 lbs so 2 pounds or so per week for now, I will take it!! Keep on fighting!!

Recap = All time high weight as of August 2015 was 247 lbs. Current weight as of January 18, 2016 219 lbs!
