So my surgery went great, he straightened my bridge, deprojected, shortened, and rotated the tip. It’s still very swollen especially around the tip but so far so good! I think I’ll be very happy with the final result. I also had a bit more taken off my upper lip which I also love

I added a photo of my nose now. The tip is crooked and very droopy, especially when smiling. I am booking a consultation with a doctor to lift the tip and straighten out the bridge. There is also a slight bump on one side that was never addressed during the primary rhinoplasty. Not happy these days
Almost 7 years later and tip has dropped significantly and nose is crooked :(
I’m looking into a revision with another doctor to fix a droopy/crooked tip. As mentioned in my review the dr had issues with the cartilage in my nose and had to use a “backup suturing technique” which clearly hasn’t held over time. I’ll try and post photos at some point...
