Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Three months post first treatment
It has been three months post first treatment and unfortunately some of the amazing results I was seeing at the two month mark didn't last. Or perhaps I was very dehydrated during July!
See pictures below. I decided to go for a second treatment today at my follow up visit. The nurse used the large applicator across the center of my stomach which still poofs out a bit.
It was very cold and didn't go numb until about the 10 minute mark. It was kept on for 45 minutes. Overall the massage was uncomfortable but as I knew what to expect, I recovered a bit better.
Now we wait!

5 weeks side by side comparison
Can see a bit of a difference! Still a long way to go with this extra skin and fat though that's pretty apparent when not standing!
5 weeks since coolsculpting
It has been 5 weeks since I had coolsculpting to my love handles and lower and my mind is playing tricks on me. Some days I guess I am more bloated than others.
Per my earlier review and comments in my previous post, all soreness and numbness was 100% gone by 2 or 3 weeks.
I felt pretty discouraged I wasn't seeing results and I continue to work out 6 days a week. Posting pictures of where I am now. Please let me know in the comments if you see a change or if you have questions.
