Massages are they necessary?

(Repost) Hey guys just curious to know if massages are neccesary? I was instructed by my doc that I should heal first before doing so however my stomach is rock hard, and pretty much takes the shape of anything that's pressed against it, I'm thinking I should start massages while I'm able too before it is fully healed or should I wait as instructed by my doc?

I hear the messages are necessary as they help move the fluid to the lymphatic system so that you can get rid of it. I also hear it helps make you more comfortable. I would try it out and see if it helps with your discomfort. I'm sure it'll enhance your already amazing results. Good luck doll.
Did you find out if you are supposed to wait?

Are massages neccesary

Hey guys so I'm 11 days In and I'm noticing my stomach is rock hard, and pretty much takes the shape of anything that's pressed against it, I'll admit for a couple days I wasn't wearing my ab board because one of my girl friends who went under as well (had good results) told me it's not needed, my post op with my doc pretty much was instructed to let my body heal before massages HELP! I provided some pictures so you can see my shape so far so good just this tummy
