It takes some getting used to. Some of us see them as smaller than they really are after the surgery, but as our brain adjusts we see them more realistically. I thought for sure mine were a B but as of today's measurements they are 40H (down from an M). It takes a while for them to heal and settle. Mine still look boxy but that is normal. They will improve. It has been super helpful to read what other people have experienced so I know things are OK.

I just had my reduction yesterday at boston medical with dr smita ramahadnam and she did the anchor insision. I have to wait to take a shower so i havent seen them yet but its not to painful. The worst part was the anesthesia made me sick afterwards. I will post pictures and a better review once i take my surgical bra off. Oh and another thing is i didnt need drains woohoo

Its not really required it depends on the doctor. I thought it was weird at first too.

I've had mines in for a week today. I'm not leaving the hospital until they take them out today. They're so irritating and they hurt, but I think you heal faster with them. I haven't had any noticeable swelling since surgery

Thanks for the info about driving. I keep searching people's reviews to find out how long they had to wait before driving.
