Hi I'm Yolanda and my surgery is scheduled for January 14, 2015, and I am lil nervous about the pain and how long it will take to heal beacuse I have two small children 18mths, and 8mths, how long did it take for you to get back to norm?

Hey Yolanda!! I'm excited to hear about your upcoming surgery! It's going to be life changing!!! I took it easy somewhat for a week. The pain was really at the incisions. But it was mild pain, nothing unbearable. I was able to lift my arms fine, but I also didn't have the drainage tubes in when I was discharged and that was great! So I felt free! I know others had different experiences especially those with drains in. I had swelling but it wasn't too bad most days.

Hi, it is now 2017. Has your breasts stayed the same since surgery? I'm a JJ cup some good days a K. I am scheduled for surgery in July and hoping for a C/D (mostly C) cup.

I'm looking into reduction surgery. Have been for about three years now. I am MOST fearful of losing nipple sensation. How did you fare in that aspect?

Hey everyone! Pharos New Year! This surgery was great!! I can op honestly say I healed beautifully. I am using scar sheets on some areas but for the most part I have smooth scars for the most part. I have a huge stomach now that my breast are gone so I definitely need to work on losing more weight. The doctor took 800 grams out of each breast, (1.7lbs out of each) I wear a medium sized sports bra now with no spillage like before with an XL sports bra. I think I'm a c/d which is great because I was a size K cup. I'm so happy if you are going to do it, just do it. It changes your life!!

Wow!!!! They look amazing, u said he took out 800gram, did he lipo ur breast? And what procedure did u get, reduction w lift, r just reduction? I'm sorry, I also have the same problem, n looking into getting them done. How much was ur total cost, if I may ask?
