ONE WEEK LEFT!!!

I have exactly 7 days till surgery! It still hasn't fully hit me yet I'm just really excited... Until the day before I will be so nervous lol. This past Monday I went to my pre-opp and Dr. Rogers and her assistant explained the whole surgery into great details. They told me what would happen from the time I arrive to Boston Children's at Waltham from the time to being discharged. Just praying everything goes great ! This weekend I'm grabing the rest of the nessecities I will need and I will be updating before you know it ! ??

Im 16 and a size 36 K I am going down to a large C cup. I've been this size since freshmen year of high school and I have had it. I always was the girl with very large breast's for my age since elementary school. Over the years my self esteem and confidence has gone down so much. Im very excited for this new change.

Hi. Welcome im a 38k looking for a change in size to a DD are u excited for your surgery or nervous? Im still looking for a doctor that I can trust to do The procedure. As my breasts are w massive part of my life. Are you a small build? Im over weight and im trying to loose some before I definitely go for surgery . Xx
Hi, and yes I am very excited I have been wanting this surgery for about over a year now. Each day I get more thrilled that the surgery date is coming up faster! But I'm 5'3 and weigh 179 so I'm trying to lose weight before I go in also. Hopefully soon you will find a doctor who you are comfortable enough with to have him/her do your surgery. Good luck
Hello Briana. I will be interested to hear how things go for you. I'm having a TT and BR/BL done on May 12. Your story interests me because I can see my daughter needing a reduction in her future, and I'd like to hear how it turns out for a young woman like yourself. She is only 12 right now, so a reduction isn't even an option, and the decision to have the procedure would be HERS if the topic should arise as she gets older. She is in 7th grade and wears a 36D right now. They're only going to get bigger. She's following in her mama's footsteps (36L). Anyway, you'll be in my thoughts and im looking forward to hearing more about your journey. :)
Hi, I had the same problem when I was in 7th grade too I was about the same size a D and I stood that why till the summer I was going into high school then everything changed it was like I got bigger over night lol. Hopefully your daughter won't have to go through feeling like she doesn't fit in with the rest of the girls in her school like I did. I hope the best for you with your surgery & a fast recovery

I so feel for your daughter. I have no clue why my mom didn't let me get a reduction in High School, especially since my older sister got one right out of high school and I was much bigger and so miserable. Anyways, kuddos to you for being open minded and already thinking about your daughter. I do wish I wouldn't have had to go through all of the agony just finding prom dresses and bridesmaids dresses that fit. But the worse part for me is that I never really enjoyed any of those special events because I was self conscious the whole time and embarrassment of my large chest was always in the forefront of my mind and in the way of me just enjoying life. Honestly, I felt so self conscious in my wedding dress on my wedding day and that's the biggest memory I have of that day. How sad is that?! I won't even go into how mortified I was during swimsuit season. Anyways, just my two cents.
Good for you! I totally understand where you're coming from but I waited until now to get my BR and I'm 31, which probably sounds old to you. Haha. Anyways, I honestly wish I would've done it in High School. I think your making a great choice! Good luck with everything!
Thank you, for wishing me luck ☺️! & no your not old lol !
Hi i see that were around the same age and i would like to say i feel your pain my scheduled date is april 10 i will pray for you that all goes well during your procedure i hope younenjoy your results
Hey! My daughter had the surgery fairly recently and she is also 16. She is soooo happy she did it! As her mom, I was very nervous about the procedure, but to see that smile on her face instead of tears in a dressing room makes my heart smile! It was a little tough for her at the beginning but well worth it! Good luck!
