I had this surgery because I was not happy with the size of my breasts, especially in proportion to my body. I chose saline, which I highly recommend. By choosing saline, I am avoiding any chemicals leaking into my body, and also the annual MRI scan. My breasts look and feel as real as they could be, plus there is no sagging! :)
