29 year old female, 5'4", 143lbs, no children. I had a thin frame until my late twenties. At the age of 28, I began gaining weight disproportionately. You look awesome.. How was your healing process. I am taking off about 2 weeks from work and want to be able to go home and not feel like i am falling apart. I am not telling anyone at my job so i wanna try to keep this under wraps

Recovery is tough, I took off for a month. The first couple of weeks are the hardest. Its been 17 days and I feel somewhat normal, but I wouldn't want to stand or sit for long periods of time.
