I found Dr. D while doing research on BBL. I checked out his pictures and was really happy with what I saw, so I reached out. I requested a consultation via email and through RS. Two days later I heard from the office and on the 3rd day I was able to get a phone consultation with him. I love how flexible he was and that he was able to do the consultation over the phone. I understood that he usually does not do phone/virtual consults with local patients, but it was nice that they worked around my schedule. He was nice over the phone and answered my questions, even sent me a quick email to say that he's happy I chose them. That was sweet. During the Pre-Op, I felt a little rushed at first but every time I asked more questions and another, he took the time to answer it :) During the pre-op we went over some of my questions, took pictures, and I answered some of his. He showed me pictures of previous patients and results of patient that had a similar 'before' body as me. This gave me an idea of what to expect. If I look anything close to the girl he showed me, I'll be happy :D He reassured me that I'll have amazing results and I cannot wait. His Staff: Johanna - was very sweet and easy to talk to, she reassured that everything will be ok and that I will be in good hands. this was nice to hear because this will be my first procedure ever and I was excited and nervous. she helped take the nervousness away. I booked the dates with Johanna. we emailed back and forth, some emails took longer than other, but I understood that they were busy and maybe I was asking too much lol Javonica - I met her at the Pre-Op, she helped me with the paperwork and payment. Javonica was very nice. She even turned on ANTM marathon for me while I waited for the Dr. :) Dawn - she went over the hospital costs and hospital payment with me. I lucked out and missed the $500 hospital stay cost, it's $800 now. even though I got stuck paying the extra $300, I appreciate her double checking the cost for me. she went over the numbers with me and took the time to move my Sx time up. thanks girls!
