Pre op appointment is on Tuesday the 15th! So nervous! I can't wait to have it done and over with and start the recovery process! I haven't bought many supplies and I am unsure about the garment to buy to change into.. I found out today that they changed by surgery from St. Elizabeth's to Mount Auburn. Kinda nervous about, haven't read about anyone having surgery there!

Omg! Recovery is no joke what so ever.. I would not say I was in pain, just more uncomfortable than anything. You really need to have a very strong support system, because even going to the bathroom is difficult. I am having extreme trouble with swelling in my legs still.. I see Dr D Tuesday for my first post op appt. my legs feel like they weigh 100 lbs each.. Other than that, I couldn't be happier! He was amazing!

I just had my daughter in June of 2015. I have been looking into BBL for quite some time. I thought of joining my friend in DR for surgery, but just can't leave my kids for that long. I have been a nurse for 7 years and have implants. My fiancé is so so so against me having this procedure, but it's absolutely something I have my mind set on. I haven't told my family as of yet either., I am booked with Dr Delvecchio on 3/30/16 and so nervous!

Congrats on the decision. Hopefully he will come around. Especially when he gets to enjoy the final result... lol. Ive been a nurse 7 yrs and have implants as well... lmao. Finish out ur wants... it's the best gift u can give to urself. Some family will disagree, but u have to live w/ur decisions, and ur body. Good luck. I'll b following ur journey.

Remind him... it's not about him. And the same way he enjoys the breast he will enjoy the butt. What he should enjoy is his woman finally being happy w/everything about her. Good luck. U will need him through the recovery process though, so he has to get on board at some point, especially w/a lil one.
