How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Bad News...
Hi ladies,
So, I have bad news :(
Last week, my grandmother unexpectedly passed away. As a result, I had to cancel my surgery. It was really hard for my family, but it was was sad for me to lose a loved one along with delaying a procedure I've been waiting so long to get done :'(
The past week have been so crazy. My family and I flew out to Bangladesh, where my grandma wanted to be buried. I was supposed to have my sx today so I've been down all day...
When I called the office to cancel, Javonica was nice enough to have my deposit go towards my sx when I reschedule. I'm leaning towards early December now because that's when I'm off from school.
So yeah, that's why I've been so quiet on the site lately.

Deposit paid and surgery date booked!
After my consultation I was contemplating whether I should get it done in the summer before school starts or in December during my winter vacation but I finally decided to take a big step and book my sx for August 13th in St. Elizabeth medical center. I definitely thought there wasn't going to be any availability but someone that day ended up canceling and I swept in and took it lol. I guess the BBL gods are with me! Pre op is actually two days before my actual surgery! Everything is happening very quickly but I'm actually enjoying it...very exciting!
After everything was set in stone I decided to tell my mom and best friend and they handled it so well! I was worried about having this conversation with my mom but I was in shock when she didn't mind me going through with it...in fact she wants to get work done too! I'm feeling really happy because everything turned out okay so now I'm just hoping the sx goes well :)

Consultation with Dr. D
Hi all,
I had my consultation with Dr. D about the BBL and to be honest I was really nervous! I've read in a few reviews where people have said their consultation with Dr. D felt rushed. Mine was the opposite! He was so approachable and answered all my questions and more! We even chatted about random stuff lol. He made me feel really comfortable! I just know I am going to be in good hands.
He told me I'm in the top 1% for getting a BBL, which just means I'm a really good candidate. Happy to hear that haha. I don't have to lose or gain weight so that's also another bonus :)
Ideally, I do want to get this done before I return to school so I'm hoping to book it in early August.
Gotta get the $$$ ready!
