I had the Exilis Ultra procedure done for tightening on my mid-lower face and neck. I have to say hands down this was the best treatment package I've ever bought. Within my first session the next day I felt so tight and firm my makeup application was so much nicer without the wrinkles. I had three treatments done three weeks apart. I would recommend this treatment to ANYONE with loose skin on the face and neck.

Even if you want to remain anonymous, you could easily post pics of your lower face/neck and no one would know who you were. Sorry but without any pictures, this sounds like an ad and not a real patient review.

I had exilis treatment performed twice under eyes 4 years ago with intention to clean up fine lines, 6 months later-experienced fat loss and sunken eye area- it's within my orbital bone area so it's very risky to have filler added to correct the loss of volume properly, it's the only area of my face that has fat atrophy and looks awful. I would suggest extreme caution to anyone considering this radio frequency device on face. It has lifelong attributes, unfortunately some which most would not want
I haven't had the exilis ultra treatment yet. But I do have an appointment scheduled for my neck. From what I read, the exilis and and the exilis ultra has the ultrasound component in the machine. In addition, I was told that they have upgraded the machine. I too, would love to see some before and after photos. RF can improve some laxity but I don't think it can replace surgery if you have a lot of loose skin.
