Outer thighs stiff

I have been trying to walk and loosen up outer thighs. They get so hot and super stiff. I'm post op 17 days. Anyone dealing with this?

I wonder why your thighs are so stiff. Have you been pushing yourself to walk? Doing some leg flexes? When I first had the surgery I was wondering how ladies were going back to work within 2 weeks. But I'm 17 days post and went back to work today. Mind you I'm a nurse on my feet all day and did great. Wasn't bad at all. Hope your thighs get better.

The doctor put fat in my thighs. I have been pushing myself to walk. It gets super tight. I will continue to push myself and walk.

Oh wow ok. I had some put into my hips. But not sure if that's the same. you look wonderful and I know you will continue to loosen up.

I'm only 6 days post so I have no idea but id call the Drs office ? This recovery has been so draining i wasnt expecting to be this immobilized . I can't wait to be done with this recovery .

Surgery is easy! You are sleeping! Recovery.... Omg Recovery is no joke. I stopped taking pain killers on post op day 4 due to allergic reaction. My sides are soar especially when I get my lymphatic massage. My outer thighs are super super stiff and I can't really walk. I'm post op day 11 feeling much better, but I can't really walk due to stiff thighs. I don't know what to do. I have been sleeping on my stomach. I have not sat on my butt. I love my new body. I just pray the thigh stiffness goes away so I can walk.

I was a size 8. I went to the ER today because my thighs were hot from fat being added and my skin was peeling in groin area. Doc's ran blood test and I don't have an infection in my thighs. I just need to relax and wait for them to loosen up. It's so hard to walk.

I can only imagine what you are going through ..my thighs are still numb ..my back hurts mostly propably the compression garment. Hope YOU Feel Better
