I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Hadaegh, starting with my first consultation visit. Elena the office manager was so nice and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room and I even got a little welcome gift in the room just for coming in and to make me feel comfortable. I met with Dr. Hadaegh and his medical assistant Sandra to discuss several different options I had been thinking about. I had gotten a tummy tuck 3 years ago and I wasn't happy with the drain scars and the way my stomach fell above the full scar, but mostly I felt that my Mons/pubic area was way too large and fatty and I was very self conscious about how big it looked in tight workout pants. I also discussed liposuction on my arms and the possibility of a breast reduction. He examined each area I had concerns about and gave my several options, but told me that he would not do more than 2 of the procedures together at one time, because of the recovery, pain management , time I had etc. Although I would have loved to get everything done, I was grateful for and knew at that point he was thinking about me, not the money and how many procedures he could get me to do. He made me feel very comfortable, showed be photos of his work and I was given pricing options for each/ then with one procedure added so everything was listed out for me to review. I just really liked the office environment, his assistant and Dr. Hadaegh's kind, honest, friendly manner. I choose a monsplasty and liposuction of my arms and since this would be a shorter time, and no overnight stay, I was able to get an appointment fairly soon, between surgeries, which I had asked for since I am a teacher and needed to do this at beginning of summer. I had called a few times before booking cause I had several questions and Dr. Hadaegh asked that I come back in to discuss everything so I felt comfortable making my decision (and this was included in the $150 consultation as well). After that I booked and paid and was given all my prescriptions at that time to make sure I had everything I needed beforehand. I also got all pre-op/post-op instructions and was measured for garments. I had one more appointment the day before surgery for him to mark me up and prepare me for the next day! Went in for surgery at 9:15am at Salem Hospital and was taken right in, everyone was great, felt comfortable and excited! Surgery was right on time and Dr. Hadaegh came to see me just before surgery to make sure I was being warmed up and that I was ready to go and this made me feel at ease. I was brought into the operating room, everyone was great and Dr. Hadaegh came up to me while I was laying on the table before going under, put his hand on my arm and asked "Are you excited and ready to go? ". for some reason that just made me feel so comfortable and safe with him he really cares about his patients on a real personal level. I had my surgery, all went well, he came and saw me after I woke up to make sure I was ok, showed me what he had done, was so positive and excited about the results, as was I. He gave to ok for me to go home and everyone at Salem Hospital took great care of me, I love it there. Got home at around 5:00pm. Dr Hadaegh called me that night at around 8:00pm to make sure I was doing well and check in on me. He called me again the next day to check in on me and make sure I was feeling well and if I had any questions . I just love this about him. Ive never had a Dr. Follow up like that and I really appreciated it and it made me feel like he still cared about my well being. After a few days the antibiotics were doing a number on my stomach and I was getting sick each night around 8:30. I called the office just to make them aware since the aftercare info they gave me said to do so. He ended up calling me right back to find out what was going on and to make sure this wasn't something that was really bad and that I needed to get help with. I told him about the meds and determined that they were the problem, mixed with not eating enough. I went for my follow up two days later, he made sure I wasn't getting sick anymore and looked at the results and we were both really happy with how everything came out. Dr. Hadaegh is very thorough, caring, knowledgeable and really makes you feel good about yourself no matter what you may think about your own imperfections. I am so happy that I found him ( through a referral of another Dr on maternity leave). I will eventually return for breast reduction in the near future. I would highly recommend Dr. Hadaegh to anyone who is considering any sort of plastic surgery. He did such a great job, I am so happy with my results, just 2 week out, and really appreciate how he treated and treats me each time I see him or call his office. He is very responsive and truly cares about his patients.
