I've never had children and had really saggy boobs. My nipples were lower than average. I only did a breast augmentation, no lift because I didn't want issues with breast feeding in the future. I did a larger size implant than I was expecting in order to do a more natural lift with no surgery. Gummy bear 465cc implant. I was a 34B before and now I am a 32DD. Nipples are still lower than I wanted but given the risks of a lift... I am happy with the results.
I also did some lipo, wish he could have shaped my waistline more, but definitely a difference.
