After years of research and worrying I might be...
WORTH IT
After years of research and worrying I might be left looking ridiculous I finally found dr Zacharia- he was recommended to me by a filming/ television casting agent in Sydney. I am so glad he was.. His level of professionalism and friendliness far exceeds a lot of surgeons in which I had made contact with over a long period to have consults on my nose.. Dr Zacharia is highly recommended experienced and preformed thousands of rhinoplasty cases over his career... He assured me my nose was going to have an amazing out come and only 6 days since surgery I can already see the difference and I still have a cast on my nose.. His clinic staff are lovely and go above and beyond to assure your comfort.. I have read some other reviews on here about dr Zac and I simply feel they are "fake" as no supporting photos or real detail ... And if I was unhappy and made the effort to write a review to "warn" people I would be sure to attach photos to support my case.: dr Zac is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone

I also thought those comments were fake but unfortunately they are not because I have contacted the people that made them and I have witnessed it now for myself. The reason they have not posted photos is because they do not want to be identified due to embarrassment and fear.

Hi Bec, i am glad you had a successful surgery. Who did you also consult before choosing your surgeon? Did you consult Dr Nettle or Marcell? Thank you for your reply.

6 weeks since Rhino... still so swollen but taking shape
Hi All!!! It will be 6 weeks tomorrow since my Rhino/tipplasty with Dr Zac.. Still so very swollen but I can see changes happening Daily(and I am trusting the process!) the ball tip I had is gone so I just have to get use to having a different shape nose:.. my swelling changes all the time and I just got bromolain tablets yesterday to see if they help with swelling... and when I am having a really bad day with swelling the tip looks terrible and I look like a witch.:: but once again I trust Dr Zacharia and the healing process...

Your profile looks great! Like you said, you're still very swollen, but it looks promising. The tip takes so long to get defined...but yours has a good shape for being 2 months post op.

thanks for all the detailed info. It looks like you had swelling going on for a while? I had read that most swelling is gone by 2 or 3 weeks post but it looks like it took longer for yours? Did the uneven nostrils issue resolve and was that just swelling?
