My nipples stretched out quite a bit and I'm sagging badly. Dr agreed to a revision. Pain is constant in my left chest, has been there since day one, I think something is wrong with the muscle. I have hypertrophic scarring and scarring from my wound that didn't heal. My left breast sags to the side when laying down and the right is smaller. Overall, this didn't turn out like I thought it would. Hoping a revision will fix these things.

Nipple piercings

Put nipple piercings back in. I had them done 15 years ago so they stayed open nicely. Boobs are really uneven in a few photos, right is smaller, thinking of talking to doctor about fixing it. Hopefully he won't charge me for a whole new one. The right was originally smaller and I feel it should have had more CC's.

Ahh I was already thinking of putting mine back in! I had them done 13 years ago and only took them out while I nursing! My left piercing will definitely be crooked which was something I was afraid of before surgery!

I don't think you need to have him fix anything. You look great. Just enjoy them.

Losing weight

I'm losing some weight, I hope I don't lose any breast size. I now can feel the ripples of my breast implant around the bottom and sides, I wonder if that's normal. Still feeling I should have gone bigger but as I lose weight it may make them look bigger, so I won't say anything yet.
