I had 4D Vaser Lipo surgery done with breast and butt augmentation. Love my results, he was able to operate on a slim patient and still produce excellent results. The recovery process was quite brutal so bring your high tolerance to pain! I stayed at the spa/inn that is affiliated with his clinic, and all of my needs were met - which was good, because I was fairly weak due to lots of blood loss from daily massages and altitude sickness.

How long did it take to get your quote? I consulted with him two weeks ago and I am still waiting

it took several weeks. they are somewhat slow on replies, last i went there was only one foreign assistant who scheduled & coordinated everything. definitely give yourself several months to plan, correspond, and set a surgery date

How much was just the bbl? I messaged them asking and they don't reply. I can't imagine trying to plan a surgery with them

Lost quite a bit of butt but still kept the overall shape!
Not sure if the fat cells just don't "take" well on me, but I progressively lost fat over time and some of it seems to have migrated a bit lower (hence the banana rolls, not very prominent in these photos). Also, my arms are extremely heavy and seemed to be swollen with fluids all the time -
they are even bigger than they were before the surgery. Also, my calves and thighs seemed to have returned to how they were prior to surgery. However, I am still fairly satisfied as the overall sculpted shape has stayed on the abdomen, breast, buttock and back area, and his full-body prices are very affordable. I would consider going back there in another ten years - the intolerable pain at his post-operative spa HAS to be spaced out lol.

What do you mean the intolerable pain at his post surgery spa has to be spaced out?
It's hard to tell from your pics what you looked like before and after. Do you any more at all?
I'm wondering if I should wait now until winter and summer is getting closer and they don't reply to his emails at any good speed.
I would have thought it would be slightly cheaper if your slim and just need some body defining then majorly overweight. Was that your cost including all stay and flights?

FYI. More than likely, you lost fat cells because a vaser lipo technique was used. Most of those lipo techniques kills the fat before it is injected into you. Physicians want the fat cells alive before they are injected. PS will use the power assisted lipo, which is the traditional lipo when performing BBL's.

I think that's why surgeons are using stem cells to retain the fats cells as oppose to the normal fat transfer. I had a choice and chose the regular fat transfer with aqua lipo and 30% of my fat cells were gone before I could leave the hospital hence a second surgery with a breast implant. I agree to wait a while (years) between having another surgery. Unlike myself, I went in after 8wks for the 2nd surgery and I'm enduring so much more pain than before.
