Vaser 4D Hi-Def Liposuction - Great Results from Dr. Hoyos - Bogota, Colombia

It has been almost two months since my surgery was performed with Dr. Alfredo Hoyos. Not be able to speak Spanish fluently I was a little hesitant on traveling to a foreign country to have plastic surgery performed. (I have heard and seen nightmares on TV/magazines from other doctors) Since it was a holiday when we arrived in Bogota, Dr. Hoyos went out of his way to come meet us at our hotel to perform our consultation. (We had an initial one via email with photos) We stayed at the Chateau Physique Hotel-Spa and it was the best decision! They provide a private chef to cater to your needs, spa is on site for aftercare, and you do not have to feel embarrassed walking around in a robe looking like you just had surgery! My mother and I had the procedure together on the same day so we had two private nurses who cares for us as if we were family. Dr. Hoyos team greeted us with open arms. Surgery day came and very little of the staff spoke English in the operating room, Dr. Hoyos speaks English fluently as well as the anesthesiologist and other communication, download the Google Translate app it worked for us for the next 2 weeks =)
I used to be a size 3 / 5 until about 2-3 years ago and I couldn't lose the weight I had gained, so 4D Vaser Lipo became my "solution" After my consultation Dr. Hoyos explained the areas he was going to work on and what results I should expect. The surgery was performed in the morning, then my mom went in after me and we spent the night at the surgery center, the staff was so kind and accommodating. In Colombia they are much more precaution than in the US, which was a good thing, not complaining =) But everyone thinks that surgery is not performed well in another country, Dr. Hoyos proved that wrong!

After the surgery, I am not going to lie I was in PAIN!! Our Nurses, Claudia & Luz were at our beckon call, every second we needed them. They were so gentle and patient with us, I do recommend hiring them for the week if you do not have any other help. The garment was probably the most difficult to get on the first 2 weeks as I was extremely swollen, the vest was so uncomfortable to wear 24-7, I am now wearing it 12 hours a day (at night) as much as I did not want to wear the vest, it DOES WONDERS and extremely reduced swelling. I still have some bruising around my hip area, but I tend to bruise badly, my mom did not have any bruising on her body, just slight bruising on her arms. Now that it is almost 2 months after surgery, I take off my garment for about 1-3 hours a day to just let my body breath, but it does feel more comfortable on now that I am used to it.

Dr. Hoyos is a genius at what he does, I am down 15lbs from surgery and my body looks amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alfredo Hoyos, you will not be disappointed.

My fiancé is out of town for a few weeks so I wasn't able to take photos of my back/butt, but here are a few of my stomach and arms. I still have some redness and raw skin on my side. ****some advice, the first 3 or 4 days I did not wear my vest under garmebt because I was so uncomfortable DO NOT do this! Deal with it, because I didn't the garmebt rubbed against my bruising causing it to blister therefor taking longer to heal.
(Any other discoloration is from a spray tan fading away)
