I'm feeling good, feel a bit light headed if I push myself to much but otherwise recovering well most of the bruising has gone from my body, I'm still having massages everyday I still have fluid that is being drained during my massage. I don't feel any pain just achy when I strain my body eg lifting or bending. I'm happy with my results my stomach is still a bit bloated, but I just need to be patient. I've started to get very itchy I have researched and they say this means your nerve fibres are reconnecting and healing so I have started taking an antihistamine to help relieve the itching seems to be working well. I am still wearing my faja ( compression garment) still haven't got used to it hate it but know I need to wear it to get the best results I have gone down 3 sizes in fajas since my surgery which is promising. Will post some new pics.

From day one Mario has been fantastic he has given such such personal service making us both feel so relaxed about the procedure he explained everything thoroughly and explained how he will shape my breasts without implants and sculpt my body all over to achieve my desired results. After I came out of surgery he came and checked on me and his staff were constantly making sure I was feeling ok, I spent the first night in hospital and my partner was allowed to stay with me. I am on day 3 post op and dr Martinez has been in constant contact with us he has been checking on me everyday. I feel very comfortable around him and he has answered every question I have. I could not recommend dr Martinez enough I am so happy.

Day 7

Recovery is going well I was out of bed as requested by my doctor the day after surgery doing light walking around the house, I felt a bit sick from the anesthetic so didn't have much of an appetite the first few days, from day 2 I have not been in much pain just a little bit achy actually I have no pain at all in breasts which suprised me as people have told me how painfull a breast reduction and lift is. I started massages as requested the day after surgery the first few massages did not hurt at all untill the anesthesetic left my body then the massages became more painful I have a 2 hr massage everyday by a lovely lady called daisy she spends almost 2 hours making sure there is no air bubbles and helping with inflammation. I beleive the massage is helping a lot with recovery and with my results. I have been wearing my faja from straight after surgery it's very uncomfortable but helps support my body during recovery, I have been told to wear my faja for the next 3 months to achieve the best results I will also continue with my massage for the full 3 weeks I have left in Colombia. I am thrilled with my results the surgeon did an amazing job I am so thrilled with the results.

I was looking to shape my entire body, I had huge love handles that I could never remove and was a bit chubby all over my body. I also have F cup boobs that are extremely saggy and big and was looking to have these reduced and lifted. My partner and I live in melbourne Australia but my partner is originally from Bogota Colombia and a few family members have had various procedures performed by dr Mario daniel Martinez, so I decided to have my surgery performed by him as they all had such amazing results.
