You look fantastic thanks so much for sharing your wonderful story!
Thank you too - I am glad I found this site - to share and to read about others' experience in the wild world of cosmetic surgery -
Great result! How can you look so Young at 65? What is your secret?
A rather trite secret: had things done to my face - I published a review on here about my MACS lift, three years ago.
For the rest: exercise, lots of vegetables, Omega 3-6-9, no smoking, not too much meat and a good night's rest.

Just read your story and loved it! Your boobs look great either way, but without implants, I have to say if mine originally looked that good I wouldn't wanted implants! You look fabulous!
Thank you for you kind comment.
I must admit that I even felt ashamed (when I came to my senses), violating a "nature" which was all good to start with.

Entertaining story and you look great! It seems yours were rather small implants...you don't look that different from before to after. Mine were huge huge...really even bigger in person than what my photos show so I needed a lift. You are lucky to have realized they were not for you before they had done much damage. I feel very happy with my natural breasts...I sleep better and I can run without having to bind my chest!
Thank you!
Actually they were big though, but it doesn't show on the first photo - it was a medium C, and in profile my bust on my tiny body jutted out like a bicycle basket hanging from the handlebars, lol.
Yeah, notably when engaging in physical exercise they got in the way.

You are funny!! (jutted out like a bicycle basket hanging from the handlebars) Initially mine stuck straight out and looked, I thought, like they were being held up by invisible strings. Before too long they settled into a decent "hang" but eventually drooped into the "ball in a sock" phenomenon that was evident at the end and which contributed greatly to the matronly look I came to loathe! In any event..we are both back to our natural beauty.....Thank God and none the worse for wear~
Congrats to you both on your explants. I'm a week away from mine, although I'll be under local so I'll be awake and that's rather scary. I have only had my implants for a little over 3 weeks though so I'm hoping the procedure will be rather simple and quick.
Here's to being happy, healthy and natural again! :)

Yeah, we've been lucky I guess.
By the way, I noticed your question to doctors about your teeth issue and the bone loss. I had that, something incredible. And they performed a sinus lift, involving bone grafting, on me. When the bone had grown to an acceptable level, four implants were inserted (two at the back on either side, and two at the front, where the eye teeth are situated, these were connected by a rail, made to match a hollow rail in the upper denture, which clicks into place when you put it in your mouth and press upward. In Dutch we call it, literally translated, a "Click denture". Can also be applied in the lower jaw. If a medical necessity the health insurance covers the cost. At least in Holland.
The sinus lift/bone graft was done August 2013, that needed time to grow and heal into place, some seven months, next came the implants, and when they had healed and grown into the new bone, sufficiently firm to support the pressure of the denture, the new denture was "tailor made" so to speak. I am very very happy with it, just like your own regular teeth, held in place by the rail.
Perhaps it may be one of your options.

The bone grafting was carried out using mock bone, fabricated from some kind of mineral, called "Easy Graft" - before they developed it, they needed to borrow bone from your leg to patch up your jaw, which was a nasty operation and a long time to heal.
I replied to you lower down, also about the bone thingy. I think I clicked on the wrong reply link.
I posted some words which will hopefully encourage you on your review, lower down.
Yep, all for natural!

Too cute
Thanks!
@hart2get -- By the way, I noticed your question about raising your breasts, where you said you have "old ladies breasts" -- but nooooo! Your boobs look just great, perfect! Really high, tight and round and just marvellous. Remember that any additional upward stretching will strain the skin even more than implants already do.

Two and a half weeks post explant and feeling good
Hello dear ladies,
Today, June 27, and the explant already lies a fortnight and three days behind me. The incisions have stopped hurting, for that matter they weren't too painful immediately after the surgery. I take frequent looks at my two companions and while many other ladies say that their boobs are flatter than before the implant mine seem to have gotten somewhat bigger. That impression was confirmed today when fitting the new bras I bought, two sports bras (s) with padding and two underwires: a small B and an A, the latter with modest padding only in the lower half of the cup - I used to have an A cup and even then the fabric would wrinkle slightly if the cups were not padded, but now the new A bra is almost too small and the (small) B fits just fine. But perhaps that is due to the padding. I can only know for sure if I try on an A cup of slack fabric.
About the photos: the nipples...are not my own - I don't have any, sadly sadly - never had them for that matter, well, when I was younger at least the areola was nice and rosy but that too faded, so for the picture I shopped them on. Sigh. (I also had a circle of black hairs in the areola, which I pulled out with a tweezers whenever they surfaced - as a teen I was wondering whether there was something seriously wrong with me. Anyhow, those have gone too! I recall being examined for bronchitis back in 1979 by a doctor on Bali and he looked at my bared chest, listened to my breathing and then he cast another glance at my nipple-less breasts and he said "What? You have no nipples!" So I said "Doctor, I am not here for the lack of nipples, I am here for something amiss UNDER the nipples..." - anyway, he prescribed a cough syrup and as I left with the prescription he muttered again: "No nipples....strange....very strange case....."
In any case, it feels good to be my own self again, and whenever I squish them around there is no plastic between me and myself to speak.

Your own came out very nice...counting the days for my explant...
Thank you --- I can imagine you are eager to have them out, having read your story - good luck!

I shall take pictures and post here just after the final check, that will then be exactly three weeks and six days after removal.
