How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Customer service update
Quick update to share feedback from the team. They messaged me a few times trying to sell a package of a treatment to help “compliment” my results (another £1k near enough). I replied to ask specifically what the new treatment does since their claims were the same as the initial treatment I had that I was told would tighten my stomach (left it more wrinkly) and not leave visible lumps (still prominent after 4 months). I was frustrated that they were trying to sell more things to me to do what should have been accomplished with the initial procedure. I was even told specifically I would not need additional treatments. They just ignored me and did not bother to reply to my message. Pretty disappointing.
Lovely Team but Not Worth It (Bodytite)
The doctor and all the staff are very warm and hospitable, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They do not rush you and it’s clear they want you to have a good experience but the treatment was just not worth it, and certainly not worth the very high cost for me.
3.5 months PO my dimensions are the same (although my flanks do look better), I have very visible and unsightly lumps in my lower stomach and dimpling in my upper stomach that don’t seem to be going away. The dr told me they eventually will but it’s just not worth the amount of time this takes, indeed if they ever do finally go. If they do not, I will be completely horrified as I am more self conscious about my stomach currently than I was before. I have just got back from holiday and covered up the whole time and did not feel good at all. The dr told me I would be in a bikini in a few weeks which would never happen. He also told me any lumps would not be visible but they most certainly are. They are improving but very slowly. I have a second opinion on the dimpling and was told this will never go away fully :(
You will not get the super flat stomach that you may have seen on social media by other clinics.
The pain for the first couple of days is very high but then it gets completely manageable. You do have to wear a lot of compression (very, very noticeable under clothes and you need loose fitting clothes constantly) for 6 weeks (or more in my case).
One other area of major disappointment for me is that I feel that I was not charged fairly. I know of someone that was offered a completely different price for exactly the same treatment and I also heard the staff offering a much lower price to a patient over the phone because she/he did not book up straight away. They had this conversation whilst I was sat within ear shot in the reception room which was pretty unfortunate. I understand clinics may offer discounts to attract people on the fence but it ultimately just made me feel ripped off.
Overall, not worth it and my stomach is still very unattractive. I will post another picture in 1.5 months at the 5 month mark. Fingers crossed.
