Bodytite, Facetite, NOT Worth It, Dr Bassin

I had Bodytite, Facetite, aqualipo at Dr Bassin surgery center. I had multiple procedures on June 12th, 2019 and then again on June 17,2019. The cost was 16,000 USD. To explain my situation, I work in another country and was coming back to Florida to have this procedure and to see family. They did these surgeries without a consultation to see the areas in person. They also did this without lab work . 

The follow up was horrible, I received no follow up call or check to see if I was ok. I was in a hotel for 3 weeks. Months later I realized that these procedures would not work for me. I had too much loose skin to have success. I wondered why they agreed to do all of this when clearly they should have seen me prior to the surgery and told me it would not work in all the areas for me. 

I emailed them several times telling them there was no improvement, they said to wait a year!! I asked them to refund at least 6,000 USD of my money as they did not hold up their end of the contract. They refused and Patricia Newberry yelled at me on the phone stating they had bent over backwards for me as a patient. This I do not understand, as they did not do anything for free, so how is that ? 

I feel completely taken advantage of, abandoned by people that I trusted and basically defrauded. I ended up going to another surgeon y have the work done with surgery, which is what I should have done in the beginning. For me was a horrible experience, and huge lose of money.
