I am so excited with the changes I am seeing. The holidays haven’t help much when it come to trying to lose weight. I have zero pain , but some areas are still really hard ( lumpy)and numb.
I know I’m going to be 100% satisfied once I start to workout and eating healthy.

Two week update

I am feeling great. I’m able to do pretty much everything back to normal. The swelling is going down significantly. I had my 2 week check up yesterday, and the doctor said everything looks great. I have two noticeable lumps near my belly button, but the doctor said it’ll go away once the swelling continues to go down.
I see some changes but not 100% sure is worth it. I still have plenty of time to recover and see actual results.

Thanks for the update. It looks great so far. Would love to see more of your journey as you progress.
I'm very excited with the results so far. I haven't started to workout but I know I'm going to be over the moon once I start to workout. Thank you for checking my progress.
You look incredible. How difficult/easy was this process other than what you've said? I'd love to try it but I'm worried about down time.

1 week post surgery

I have returned to my daily routine and have been feeling much better. I only took pain medication on the day of the surgery and the day after. Been feeling good enough that I don’t need any kind of pain medication. It’s still a little uncomfortable sitting for long period of time. I haven’t started going to the gym. I will definitely start next week with some light cardio. I’m still extremely swollen, I don’t see much difference yet, I know it’s way too early to tell.
I don’t fit in my normal clothes and I can’t wear sweatpants all the time, so I went to target and purchased a pair of maternity jeans. I can wear my binder underneath and no one can tell and I’m comfortable.
I will report back next week.
