ORIGINAL POST
BodyTite
I am 34. Work out rigorously 4-5 times per week. Eat clean keto and avoid processed junk. Could not get rid of little pooch post kid (4.5 years ago) had breast lift and augmentation in 2013 then got pregnant. (should be on list of possible side effects ????).
I'm really really really happy with my body. I have worked really hard to get here but this one little area still bugs me. So decided to try the BodyTite after seeing before and after and learning a out how it helps encourage your body to regenerate collagen and natural elasticity. Two days out and feel really good. Will keep posting as my progress continues. Already off pain pills. Advil only.
Feels like I did way too many sit ups a couple days ago. Except I can still feel the fluid (what they inject for numbing and to keep bleeding minimal) in there. Helps that the weather is gorgeous. And it's long weekend.

I ave a similar build as you do and also work out and eat clean. I will also have my abs done in 1 week. How do you like the results so far? Do you still have rippling? Did the doctor also do lipo on your abs? Would you recommend the procedure? Thanks a bunch for your answer.

You might have been a good candidate for cool sculpting instead. Much less downtime or side effects

I had coolscuplting and ended up with fat cells that didn’t freeze and die, but instead maxed out
